Here and there, I do put together parties! I don't really advertise for them, just a couple items in my shop, but I get people asking through Etsy and Flickr or I have a friend or family member who asks. It's been a slower process accumulating products...as I do more parties, I have more items created based on the customers requests. It's a learning process for me and it's always evolving.
This week I finished up a fun order.....a Little Red Riding Hood/Cooking Party. I customized an invitation and added a mixing bowl to incorporate the party theme.
I've added the aqua polka dot border to my last couple orders' invitations vs. just plain white....I like it. :)
Here are the cupcake toppers....there's also some wolfies hiding in there.
That party also included a name banner, gift tags, stickers and fabric! I can't wait to see how everything turns out, but mostly I hope it's a special day for Hannah.
Seeing how everything comes together is super fun though. Recently, I was able to help my friend, Karina, put together a Little Red Riding Hood Party for her sweet little Lula!
(please excuse the sloppy scratch-out!)
Below are the stickers, cupcake toppers, tags for food labels and thank you tags.
Karina has such a great vintage style! I love everything she did....you should see her house....she's amazing! Here's her party set up:
Karina also used some of my embroidery patterns for coloring pages and made a Little Red dress with my fabric.
You need to check out the picture book she created by doing some super cute photography with her children, re-creating the story of Little Red Riding Hood! A-MAZING I tell ya!
Karina is a fabulous photographer and has done some pictures of my kids that I just love! Here's a peek at her storybook below:
A couple months ago I also loved putting together Miss Lolly items for my neice Savannah's birthday party. Kerri did such a perfect job of planning everything....it looked darling and Savannah was all smiles! Doesn't she look sweet?!
Kerri had the cutest displays set up! I love how she framed my Miss Lollly Illustration and then mimicked the bunting from the illustration in the beautiful fabric one on the mantel.
Here's the cupcakes!
For a party activity, since the girls were just the right age, Kerri taught them how to embroider using my Lollies Embroidery Pattern. She had all the embroideries displayed in a mini suitcase and all ready to stitch!
For Savannah's Party I created Invitations, tags, stickers and cupcake toppers!
I've done a couple other Miss Lolly parties and now I have another Little Red Riding Hood one to start on. So I keep up a nice simple pace of doing parties and it's great! Thank you to everyone who has contacted me and given me the opportunity to do something new and something that really creates memories for a special child in their life. I really love it!
Have a wonderful weekend!
Tasha
